Beginning in 2020, The Storehouse partnered with Central Virginia Health Services to provide a mini-pantry - our first food cupboard, to serve the needs of their patients.  This partnership provided a model for further outreach into the community.  

The Storehouse also maintains two Blessing Boxes of shelf stable emergency food in partnership with and at Samaria Baptist Church and Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

Twice a month, we deliver groceries to the elderly and people with disabilities throughout Charles City County.

We receive many donated non-food items that we make available to our customers at the food pantry.  This included seasonal clothing and home decor, hygiene items, books, games and toys.

The Storehouse also provides Christmas bags filled with hand-made goods and treats to pantry and home-delivery customers.  We collect these items all year.  If you are interested in being one of our Christmas Elves to work on this project, please let us know!
